Welcome to Villapolo27Discover Luxury at Villa Polo 27 | Casa de Campo Resort & Villas (the "Site"), operated by Villa Polo 27. By accessing, browsing, or making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. An advance payment may be required to secure your booking.

Guests must comply with the payment terms indicated at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.

For all stays, a security deposit equivalent to one (1) night of stay is required.This deposit:

 • Will be requested prior to check-in

 • May be retained in case of damage to the property, loss of items, or violation of house rules

 • Will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe after check-out, once the property has been inspected

 • Check-in: 3:00 pm

 • Check-out: 11:00 am

Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

Guests agree to:

 • Use the property responsibly

 • Not exceed the permitted number of guests

 • Not engage in illegal activities or disturb the peace

Cancellation policies will be specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the selected rate.

Villa Polo 27 is not responsible for:

 • Loss of personal belongings

 • Accidents within the property, except in cases of proven negligence
